The performance is based on Oscar Wilde's world-famous tale “The Canterville Ghost” and is the result of a collaboration between two young talented creators - Teele Uustani and Sandra Lange. The production uses puppet and object theater and offers fear and fun to young audience.
The performance was dubbed into English by Teele Uustani, with translations by Irina Moisseenko.
For centuries, the Spirit of Lord Canterville has enjoyed a brilliant career and successfully scared the nobles of the castle to death. Now he is confronted with a modern family who don’t notice him at all, because of their smart devices and he has no effect on them. On the contrary, ghost is now being tempted himself. Because of this insult, the ghost hides in the basement of the castle and tries to find rebalance, but because the audience is present, it does not work well.
The ghost launches his most monstrous roles and horrific stunts in the eyes of the audience, but recent survivals have their effects and not everything goes as planned....
